Pours clear and golden hazzlenut brown with a lacing tan head. Spiced and mild medical aroma. Sweet and acidic flavour with a dry breadish malt note. Ends with a light acidic touch and mild spiced. oh6gdx (8801), Vasa, Finland Feb 1, 2008 Bottled. Very dark ruby red colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is sour fruits and also sourish notes from freshly cut wood rowan berries. Flavour is sour fruits along with some mild sweetness to balance it up. The aftertaste is quite sweetish sourness in a very pleasant way. Though 3.5%, it does feel like a lot more in my opinion. Jerre (1755), Waregem, Belgium Nov 25, 2007 Bottle, 33 cl. Aroma sweet, sourness and fruity. Medium body.Taste start bit sweet, fruits, dry, but good sourness.
JorisPPattyn (5155), Antwerpen, Belgium Sep 23, 2007 Small yellowish head over fully dark-brown beer. Acetic & lactic acids, artificial sweetener jumping out of the bottle, wood. Tastes like sweet deep-frying oil, alleviated by lactic acid; acetic acid not perceptible in the taste. Despite the awful sweetener, the balance between sweet-sour is near-perfect. Slick, oily, lots of restsweetness. Excellent for its style - WHICH IS LOW ALCOHOL - not for the beerlover. Cornfield (4892), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Jun 19, 2007 Good looking pour, having a clear deep brown body highlighted in ruby and topped by a healthy light tan head. Good lacing, too. It’s got an aroma of tart cherries, vinegar, and cold iron. The flavor is more fruity and more sour as well. Highly carbonated, it finishes on a refreshingly tart note. Nice.

Bov (5403), Bienne, Switzerland May 1, 2007 from belgianshop.com - clear ruby-brown colour with a very little but stable dark beige foam; vinous aroma of vinegar and sour cherries; medium-bodied; (very) sweet and sour; rather high carbonation and with a moderately dry finish; short and slightly sourish aftertaste with more reminiscence of dark fruits
