Nov 30, 2008 25 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small yet dense white head. Mild fruity and slight yeasty aroma. Flavour too is fruity and somewhat sweet. Light yeasty touch mixing in with a light acidic cornish note. Mild bitternes into the far finish.

Light bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Light dry and bitter grassy finish.

Pours clear golden with a big, creamy, white head. Stays for an okay time, leaving fine lacing. Aroma has hay, malts, some brewing cereal. High carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour is actually quite nice. Some clear hoppiness, very grassy. The malt is well-balanced as well. Quite a nice pilsner.
