Ale_Drinker (1065), Sunnyvale, California, USA Jul 16, 2008 Light lager with delicate malty aroma. Hops don’t really come through. Some toasted malt. Light body. Drinkable. jmm635 (44), Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 15, 2008 Poured an amber color with a small head. Nothing special to report. No distinguishable unique flavors, simply malt. Pretty similar to a typical lager, such as Yuengling. ChazyRPh (570), Chazy, New York, USA May 17, 2004 3oz sample, copper pour with a small white head. Slight malt aroma. Cloyingly sweet with malt. Ugly, funky...not my cup of tea. freekyp (791), Thomasville, North Carolina, USA Mar 1, 2003 Bready nose with cereal aroma. Light malt nose. Virtually no head with no lacing. Lightly bitter initial flavor, and moderate acicity. Acidic flavor mellowed toward latter half of swallow giving way to a slightly sweet, malty finish. The aftertaste was slighly soapy. I may have been the victim of an improperly washed glass here... muzzlehatch (4425), Burlington, Vermont, USA Jun 24, 2002 Crisp, light, refreshing pale lager; definitely better than most American macros, but not what you go into a brewpub for unless you’re a backwards-baseball-cap-wearing-fratboy. Light hoppy taste, some wheat & corn notes it seemed, but also some stale, carboardy textures. One of the weaker beers from this pub. Corona’s cheaper if you must look for flavorlessness.
