Commercial Description:

Draught at EsBF09. Mild caramelly aroma. Clear dark brown colour, nice looking. Very small head. The flavour is good and caramelly. Very sweet, but the alcohol balances it off nicely.

Bottle. Clear redbrown colour with beige head. Sweet aroma of malt and ripe fruits and alcohol. Sweet spicy flavour with raisins and nuts. Quite allright for a Chirtmas brew, but nothing suprising.

The color is beautiful, clear, red-brown and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel, alcohol and light dark fruits. The flavor is sweet, bordering to very sweet and it has notes of roasted malt, caramel, light plum and alcohol. In the first sips the alcohols and sweetness aren’t so dominating, but as it warms up a bit, both becomes way too dominating.
