Bottle. Pours a hazy, deep golden amber/brown with a frothy beige/yellowish head. Good lacing. Aroma is sweetish with notes of hops, malt and dark fruits as well as slight notes of paint thinner. As it warms, the dark fruits take over, but still includes the paint thinner. Sweet flavour with notes of paint thinner. Some fruity notes as it warms, banana. Grainy, bit alcoholic finish. Lingering grassy notes. Oily palate. Overall, the relatively high alcohol % hasn’t been too well-incorporated in the beer. 05-11-09.

Pours deep amber with a big light orange head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, sweetness and alcohol. Spicy, fruity, sweetness, alcoholic sharpness, high phenols in finish. Not the best Willemoes.

Bottle. Sweet malt, raisins and plums in aroma. deep golden red colour with yellowbeige head. Malt fæavour with some fruits. Easter has not much to do with sweetness, but otherwise a beautiful and well balanced brew.
