The aroma is sweet with a very fresh hoppy note combined with notes of citrus and a touch of yeast. Mild cornish and dry malty aroma. Flavour is mild sweetend and light cornish to delicate dry hoppy with a slowly building bitterness. Dry and lasting mild cornish flavoured finish.
