Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Fruits, sweetness and spice in the aroma. Flavour has some vague fruits, herbal notes and is sweet. Thin to medium bodied. Dry. Fruity end.

Jun 1, 2008 Courtesy of Papsoe. Dark amber with a rapidly vanishing head. The aroma has notes of slightly roasted malt, caramel and hints of raisin. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of caramel, candy sugar, roasted malt, a light citrussy bitterness and a very light hint of smoke. It’s quite nice.

May 18, 2008 Bottle. Dark golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, caramel, malt, hop. Flavour is malt, hop, unharmonic caramel, roasted. Medium body. Unharmonic beer.

Clear amber color, small white head. Perfumic, caramelly nose. Crisp. Amberale it is: caramel, yeast, pale malts, quite watery backbone. Not bad, but boring.

May 14, 2008 Bottled (thanks Papsoe!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity hops with some yeast and slight leathery notes. Flavour is yeasty, leathery, fruity and flowery hops.

May 8, 2008 Bottle. It pours a clear, dark golden body with an off-white head. Not overly pleasant aroma with caramel, cooked vegetables and some fruityness. Thin body with flavors of malt, caramel and a large bowl of cooked vegetables and some fruits. Sure, it’s drinkable, but I can’t imagine anyone finishing a whole bottle. Avoid! (080508)
