Black with no head. Aroma and flavor of dry roasted barley with some coffee and chocolate notes. However with a tangy tone of infection.

Jul 7, 2008 It’s a black stout with a huge, light brown and creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate – or rather more cocoa than chocolate and some sourness. The flavour has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, a light sweetness, sourness and a dry, roasted bitterness with a twist of citrus. It’s not very harmonic.

Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, a bit of sour malt as well. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (120508)

Jun 22, 2008 Near black colored with medium sized beige head. Glue in aroma dominates with mild roastiness and mild licorice. Medium bodied carbobated palate. Flavor is similar with glue dominating, berries and some caramel also present. Aftertaste is sour still. Well, nothing like stout, has this gone bad?
