The bitter taste is noticeable but it is nothing to write home about. This beer would be a good contender for best of the beasts. kwoeltje (1326), Manchester, Missouri, USA

This beer is for the yobbos at the MCG on a Friday night one dayer cricket match. How CUB brainwashed people into drinking this shit is beyond my powers of reasoning. yespr (12401), Copenhagen O, Denmark

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jul 7, 2007 Bottle. Pours a golden colour. Aroma of malt and hops. Bitter hoppy flavour with some maltiness and some graininess. For a mass produced beer its a quite drinkable bitter lager. downender (2629), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jul 4, 2007 Can. golden with scummy off-white head. Aroma was negligible but there was a hint of hops apparent. Flavour started sweet before a hint of bitterness crept in. A crude metallic edge was also present. Not the worst Australian lager but no world beater.
