Body is thin and flat. Flavour is slightly fruity, with barely a hint of bitterness in the finish. Not awful, just boring as hell. paco (204), Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada

Pours golden yellow with an ultra thin white head. Tastes awful. Hints of corn and pool water. Nice carbonation. This is one of those thirst quenching beers, I wouldn’t recommend it otherwise. vanvenlo (794), Glen Iris, Australia

Slight sweet, bitter simplisitic, low malt and short flavour. Fizzy light mouthfeel. Even at a lower temperature than normally served, this beer is less than ordinary, in fact the colder this beer is, the more masked its ordinaire qualiteit.
Choos, you need to drink US macrobeers to realise that VB is not the end of the scale (although not too far from it). JensenTaster (1587), Denmark

Strange small sediments in the brew? One taste only; sour corn and i guess thats about it; poor aussies. Aarleks (404), Sydney, Australia

For some bizarre reason I always like the flavour (not much though), and always hate myself for liking it... It’s VB... It’s cheap. dreamboat (186), Brisbane, Australia

Poured a nice mid gold, nicely carbonated, which lasted all the way to the bottom of the quality plastic Qantas cup and left some lacing. Flavour is pretty bad, not really bitter at all, masked with some weird sweet soapyness which I couldn’t shake. jbj42 (8), Australia does not count | 0.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/20 | Jul 16, 2004 colour of elderly male STD infested inbred camel urine, smell consistant with colour, taste consistant with smell. as has been said before giving this anything above negative score pains me deeply, but i truly admire the man at CUB that can become a millionaire by botteling his great grandmothers breast milk. the only upside of this beer is that its in a twist top bottle, as similar substances can only be found in pools on the floors of public toilets piscator34 (1131), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
