Commercial Description:
Victoria Bitter has been Australia's favorite full strength beer brand for many years. VB, as it is widely known, was launched in the 1890s and since then has developed a reputation as a great beer with a tradition of rewarding Australians who work and play hard.

This isn't such a good beer. However, this is a very inexpensive beer. It is very good for its price - when you buy a cheap beer you know what to expect.

Thin, overfizzed brewed soft drink.Very evident overuse of mollasses/sugar cane which comes through in the taste.Slight hint of weak hops in the taste.Extremely sweet and sickly.Awful!

Golden color. Simple aroma, almost stinking. Very simple body and watery final. Drinkable, useless.

Bottle. Kinda creamy and flavoursome, like inhaling snot on a warm summer's day.

well, this just gets worse with age. This is a cheap beer that is brewed with what I can assume is way too much cane sugar/sucrose which produces bad mouthfeel. There is a bit of variance with batches where some produce reasonable head to no head. If drunk at a temperature above 1 degree C, it is almost undrinkable, and more than 6 WILL guarantee a hangover. Absolutely no redeeming features apart from the fact you can guzzle it without feeling too bloated. Oh, the colour is close to a normal beer, so the appearence is OK.

Yellow and not much head. Not much going on either in aroma or flavor. I think it's ok if it's cold and you need something cold and neutrally tasting.

Aroma of wet socks - wait, socks that you treked through a swamp with and didn't wash for 3 months. Pours a light yellow, flat and no head. A palate in the nano measurement scale. Bitter? The only one who's bitter is Tipsy at Presario for subjecting me to another classic.

Very little aroma. Clean, slightly dark yellow. Average white head. Bitter, in a bad way, thin, with a taste reminiscent of gas fumes. I thought this was a famous beer and all I can say is I'm glad I didn't buy a 6-pack.
