Pretty decent, smooth drink. On tap at the Brickstore. Poured a amber/brown color with a decent off white head. Belgian yeast aroma with some fruit as well. Flavor was mainly chewy bready grain adn the finish was a little sweet. Pretty refreshing and easy to drink.

I enjoyed this beer on draft at Max’s Taphouse in Baltimore. It had a light amber color and a thin white head with low retention. The aroma was sweet and fruity, featuring banana, orange, and caramel tones, and some yeast to balance. The taste was also mostly sweet and fruity, and pleasant. It had a very wet and full mouthfeel, with a watery texture and low carbonation.

I thought this beer was very smooth and traditional. It tasted like bubble gum, untart apples, and some roasted bread. Very nice beer, I can see drinking this one in session despite its slightly higher alcohol.

A nice dubbel, though I wouldn’t classify it as such. Aroma was decent. Yeast, burnt caramel in the front with a hint of fruit. Pour was a light bubbly gold with a nice 3 finger white head. Taste was like burnt caramel, yeast and heavy carbonation. Nice drying bitey aftertaste. Very strange, but pretty good.

Yummm! It’s true, this beer is not like a Dubbel... it is like a Tripel, but with less alcohol! Golden with light-moderate carbonation and a fruity, syrupy flavor. It’s like Maredsous 10 Lite...

Tap at The Diamond: Nothing about this is like a Dubbel. Pours a deep golden with a dense off-white head. The aroma has some mild herbal notes with hints of bread-crust, honey and Belgian esters. The mouthfeel has dense carbonation with some spicy phenols in the flavor. Herbal hints as well, with a touch of bubblegum, but not too sweet. The finish has a moderately spicy bitterness. Not bad, but not a Dubbel.
