It had a light amber color and a thin white head with low retention. The aroma was sweet and fruity, featuring banana, orange, and caramel tones, and some yeast to balance. The taste was also mostly sweet and fruity, and pleasant. It had a very wet and full mouthfeel, with a watery texture and low carbonation. Skeegle (313), USA Jul 16, 2008 I thought this beer was very smooth and traditional. It tasted like bubble gum, untart apples, and some roasted bread. Very nice beer, I can see drinking this one in session despite its slightly higher alcohol.
