Jun 27, 2004 (sample @ brewery) beer is a very pretty amber/red color, under a nice off-white head. mild aroma of toasty malts. flavor is of lightly toasted and sweet malts. finish is caramelly and sweetish. body is quite light, an drinkabilty is very good.

Jun 5, 2004 Nice medium brown with an ok head. Not really much to look at. But it does have some redeeming qualities in the flavor, such as a slight nuttiness and a light sweetness. Has a bit of hop kick as well.

May 9, 2004 Poured a deep dark amber color with a small tan head and a little lacing. Roasted, toasted, biscuity malt aroma. Sweet and malty, some bitterness and light roast in the taste. Overall, a nice dunkel.
