Jan 25, 2009 .5 liter at Victory. Pours clear ambery copper with a full off white sticky tight head and great lace. Aroma has tons of fresh bready malts, medium toast munich and caravienna, light crackery hint, and fresh spicy hops. Flavor is full of fresh tasted malts, baked french bread, and toasted/honey malts- moderately sweet with light caramel and a nice spicy hop balance - good clean and smooth finish. Another great Lager from Victory.

Jun 23, 2008 pours amber in color with 2 fingers of white head that dissipate to a film on the top. aroma is full of melanoidins, mmm toasty, great malty flavor and aroma. hops are very nicely balanced and add a spicy complexity. good medium body. an excellent lager.

Jan 29, 2009 This is a fantastic Vienna-style lager. It pours an absoutle clear amber color with a soft but generous white head. This beer leaves quite a bit of sticky lacing to the edges of the glass. The aroma is full of bready malts, with deep and rich notes of toast, light caramel, earth and flowery hops. The body was full and delicious, with flavor notes of bread, yeast, toffee and light caramel. The finish was a little dry and hoppy, with a smooth and silky sweet and malty flavor. This is one lager that could survive at Oktoberfest.

Jul 10, 2008 On tap at Blind Tiger. Pours a dark, clear amber with a small head. Aroma of light fruits and butter. Flavor is all buttered toast with raspberry jam. Also some roasted/burnt malt and buttery popcorn. Very toasty. An interesting and tasty beer.

Jul 26, 2008 Tap at Blind Tiger. Aroma of tart raspberry, crisp apple, some alcohol. Flavor earthy fruity sweetness. Tartish finish, and pretty easy drinking despite the sweetness.

Jul 13, 2008 Draught @ Victory: This one pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. The aroma is of caramel malts and a hint of floral. The taste is mainly caramel malts, with some light spiciness. Nicely balanced with hops. Very smooth. This is a very drinkable beer.

Jan 25, 2009 Draft at Victory - A nice lager, but this one has a funky almost pungent flavor. Aroma is bready and malty which didn’t seem to translate to the beer. An overly complex flavor.

May 28, 2008 Draft. Clear clean orange color. Light malt and bisquit aroma. The taste was the same wih light fizzy mouthful.
