The beer pours out a deathly pale yellow, small ivory white head. Aroma was celery salt, light herbal type hop. Flavor had some odd earthy/lemony thing going on. Clean finish. This kellerbier pours a yellow gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal and grainy, a touch wheaty. A medium bodied zwickel style beer. The malts are cereal and grainy, slightly sweet. The hops are spicy. Lively carbonation. Nice balance. Kind of bitter with a very dry finish. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and dry. Very nice beer and the first one in this style for me.
