Pour is light gold with a white foam. Great beer. Exotic spice notes throughout with great fruity undertones.

Bottle. Poured a slightly hazy golden color with a decent sized head. Aroma heavy on the spice.Citrus and yeast round out the complex aroma. Taste is similar to the smell... very spicy, with hints of citrus and a strong alcohol finish. Not bad, but not a style I really like.

bottle, pours hazy orange with a thin white head. Yeast ester and orange skin aroma. Sweet orange liquor and sweet malts ends lightly citrusy with clove and corriander spicing.

Sampled at the 8th Annual Music City Brewer’s Festival. Clear yellow, white foam. Aroma is spicy, clove, sweet malt, banana, a light ginger feel maybe it’s the alcohol. Taste is fruity, pears, apples, very spicy, drying alcohol finish.

Pours a clear gold with off white head and some floating cake. Aroma of malt, spices, banana. Similar taste. Very crisp Alcohol is slightly masked at first, then warms you up.

Pours an off-white ringed head and a straw color body full of yeast. Aromas of yeast, barnyard, dried fruit. Some zest and spice. Sweet and funky.

Bottled.. Pours golden with lots of carbonation and a shit ton of yeast.. Aroma was fruity belgian yeast..Flavor was sweet with that distinct belgian yeast.. Lots of carb and doesn’t feel like a 9%.

(Draught) pale yellow pour with good head. Nose of hay, grass, and not much else. Taste is an alcohol bomb. Some sweetness, very peppery. Finishes with alcohol heat. Not a great tripel for me.
