Aroma is strong with banana, clove, yeast, and bubblegum really enjoyable. Taste is sweet banana, caramel, with spice in the mid, and a nice dry yeasty/light hop finish. Mouthfeel was full, and carbonation was minimal. This was a solid tripel. Haslinger (649), Syracuse, New York, USA

Smelled and tasted fruity. Overall a good beer.****UPDATE***** Had it on tap at the brewery in Downingtown, most definetly better then I remember it being in the bottle. A fruity taste and aroma but the alcohol was present, which I usually dont mind but for some reason it took away from the beers smoothness. But overall still a decent beer. blipp (1684), Newark, New Jersey, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 22, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazy orange/yellow with an off white head. Sweet and fruity nose with notes of apricot, mango, yeast and spice. Medium mouthfeel with notes of dried fruit, spice, caramel, and the tiniest hint of alcohol. Not the best abbey I’ve had but not bad. Actually much better than I expected. TikiE (360), Sylva, North Carolina, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 21, 2008 12 oz bottle. I remember this beer being more funky. Defenetly taste the spice and almost a rotten fruit taste, not a bad thing. Pretty damn good beer, would try again. Rakluba (33), Cary, North Carolina, USA

Hoppy bitterness, and then citrusy with floral undertones followed by a nice malt sweetness to balance everything out. Highly drinkable and definitly a must get.
