Commercial Description:
Enchanting and enlightening, this golden, frothy ale boasts an intriguing herbal aroma, warming alcohol esters on the tongue and light, but firm body to finish. Exotic spices add subtle notes to both the aroma and flavor. Strong, sensual and satisfying.

12 oz bottle with an "enjoy by" date of Mar 25, 2012. Pours clear golden (as in the name) with a white head. Light clove, biscuit, and apple aroma with a mild sweetness. Flavors of biscuit, cloves, and bubblegum. Solid, with clean flavors. This strikes me as a well-done tripel.

Bonused bottle in a trade. Peppery banana nose, yellow gold and a long lasting white head. More pepper spice in the sip, herbal candied sugar finish.

Out of a 750ml bottle, pours a yellow/gold color with a decent head that mellows to a slight one that covers the entire glass. Aroma of sweet apple, pear, and a citrus fruit probably because of the coriander. Flavor is sweet in a similar fashion to the aroma, with very little hop essences at all. Palate is medium due to an average carbonation, strong alcohol, and sticky to thick texture. Overall not a bad beer and something that I personally enjoy drinking in any form of bottle. One of the few must haves on my list.

Bottle. Medium high creamy but long lasting white head leaving nice lacings. Hazy light yellow body. Sweet coriander apple pear aroma. Hoppy malty straw coriander apple pear flavor flavor with an alcohol level that can be tasted but is subdued by the sweetness / spicyness of the beer. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste.

This ale has a swett/fruity aroma, with some kind of spice, I need to understand this spice, it comes up a lot, maybe coriander. Cloudy, golden, with a thin white head. The taste is a lot like the aroma, but the alcohol yells out. Light-medium bodied, dry finish probably due to the alcohol presence. This reminds me of farmhouse ales, nicely done.

12oz bottle from Orland Park Binny’s single rack. Pours hazy golden yellow with small tight white head. Aroma is clove, banana, lemon and some yeast. Flavor is much like the aroma with clove, banana, yeast and bready malts with a touch of citrus. Solid mouthfeel and carbonation. Incredibly drinkable for the ABV. Pretty solid tripel. I used to hate this style and flavor combination but they are really starting to grow on me. This is a good one for sure.

12 oz. Bottle. Poured a hazy yellow. Light head. Aroma was very pleasant including some yeast and banana as well as some fruitiness. Tasted great as well. Recommended.

12 oz. bottle: Pours hazy golden with a lively carbonation, and a fluffy white head. Aroma of honey and freshly crushed, sweet caramel malts with a high yeast character, banana and bubblegum, plenty of belgian qualities. Some apple fruitiness. Flavour is again dominated by honey and malt, with evident spices (pepper, rosemary, something like that) that mingles with herbal/grassy hops. A bit boozy. Very creamy mouthfeel, tickling and warming alcohol but still frighteningly drinkable. Well done!
