Red apple skins and peach juice concentrating into translucent joy...Dry yeast penetrating evanescent caramel cookies...Citrusy and orangey hops entering appeasement and rendering well-being...

Hazy amber w/ some sediment. White head. Fruity (peach, pear) & malty (chocolate) aroma. Medium feel w/ lots of carbonation. Flavour is fruity, spicy, & malty w/ a long, hoppy, bitter finish.

Pours light copper, with a bubbly/rocky beige head, mostly recedes, leaves a bit of lace - body has much bubbles swimming around in it. Aroma is yeasty, spicy, fruity (apple, grape), and hoppy. Flavor is fruity and sweet, middle is a bit spicy, end is bitter and hoppy. Medium body, quite tasty.

Orangey colour, with small floaties. Aroma of peach, orange, light chocolate malt. Well-constructed malt profile – toast, a little caramel, some background alcohol. Straightforward, but so cleanly put together you can’t help but be impressed by its simple beauty.

Very floral aroma, a spicy Belgian-like plum aroma. Smooth mouthfeel, full of alcohol and rich throughout the drink. Clear orange in appearance with a tan head. Has a nice ginger and apricot flavor, but it was subdued, could have been pronounced a little more, and it was also not very deep. Just some ginger and apricot and then nothing beyond, and nothing in the mouthfeel to accurately compliment the flavor

Malty sweet aroma, orange/amber, with a small cream head. Malt, oranges and candy flavours, lead to a carbonated dry bitter finish. Very pleasant.

Re-rate Jan 31-04: Lots of hops in the aroma, more hoppy bitterness that I was expecting for this type of beer, which would have been more appreciated if it was a bit more complex. Raised me score 2 pts for flavour and 2 overall. Unrelated but simultaneous IPfreely quote "...you can't microwave that though..." First rating: Orange amber colour. Spicy and slightly sweet, with a fair bit of malt. More complex flavours than I think I was picking out. Very good beer that I tried hard to like but it didn't do muich for me.

Thin head which lasts the duration of the drink. Great carbonation. Color is a slightly cloudy orange. Aroma is sour initially, then mellows out with spme yeast and spices. Fizzy in the mouth with some apricots, more yeast and spices and a nice pronounced alcohol kick. Finish is slightly bitter and warming. A decet belgian but some depth in flavor.
