Taste of this medium bodied brew comes across with the same as the hops become more prominent throughout and it finishes with slight bitterness and sweetness. NIce tasting brew.

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Nov 30, 2008 Bottle. Pours a lovely hazy dark orange color with a hefty light tan head. Aroma is full of citrus and pine with a background of malt. Wonderful sweet grapefruit taste up front with a nice backbone of malt leading into a long finish with a slowly developing bitterness. Body is a little thinner than I might like, but overall quite tasty. DSG (1513), Tel Aviv, Israel

Slightly hazy amber color with a bit of white foam. Aroma of rather flowery hops, some citric and peach hints and some biscuit malts. Hoppy citrusy flavor with freshly squeezed greapefruit juice, light lemony hints, some malt and caramel notes. Nice slick mouthfeel.. A good refreshing IPA. Pawola22 (735), Kansas City, Missouri, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 28, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a crystal clear, dull-light-orange with a small, very fizzy, white head that dissipates quickly. Remains lacy on the surface with minimal lace on the glass. Some nice aroma of citrusy hops, most likely cascade. Grapefruit, pale malts, sweet zinginess, and a bit of earthiness. A simple, but pleasant aroma. Flavor has a pretty straightforward bitterness, but its a bitterness with a bite. Very distinct. Breadlike and light bodied throughout. Citrusy and sweet, but definitely spicy and piney. Very clean and dry. Overall, a nice, simple, easy drinking IPA with a very one dimensional bitterness that I enjoy. RIXbeer (102), USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Nov 28, 2008 Pours a pale bronze with a nice 1/8" of creamy tan head. tons of creamy lacing and sticking. OMG this is beer? Super faint, almost non existant aroma. There is some faint hints of apple, pear and a hint of melon. The flavor is also a bit thin. This is a far cry from what I remembered this beer to be. This beer ought to be called Hop Angel but, that’s to angelic. This beer is decent not more. It feels thin for an IPA. Reminds me of a basic IPA. Surpiring. I remember this beer being a lot more hoppy. This beer is as drinkable as a glass of water. Yum but what happend to the hops? noncaloric (612), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 28, 2008 Grapefruit and wort on the nose. Pours a dark murky amber with only a modest head. More grapefruit and vanilla in the mouth, raw and husky on the finish. Smooth on palate despite a pronounced hop burn. Very drinkable. BigBang (211), Indiana, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 27, 2008 This taste incredibly similar to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale - can’t think of a better way to describe. Enjoyed but hair wasn’t blown back. Fin (3420), Merton, Oxfordshire, England
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 27, 2008 Bottle in Monks Cafe, Philadelphia, 15-11-08 in the company of Loz, Casey and Traci. Pours mid amber with white head, although the gloomy light within this establishment makes it a bit tricky to be certain on colour. A sweet but very hoppy little number, good fresh green zingy, zappy hops exploding all around the mouth. This beer has a decent sweet maltiness, its a really nice beer but against the Dogfish head 60 Min which I tried it against I think the latter would just win out for me.
