Pours a hazy reddish-orange with slight tranparency. Small white head. Fruit (banana and apple) with a slightly sour finish. Not bad, but just doesn’t do much for me. radiomgb (2000), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada

The aroma was turning sour, still some malt and bananas but lots of vinegar. The flavour was of alcohol, sour, moderate amounts of vinegar with some malt coming through. Medium body, medium-high carbonation. Finishes like a fine Flemish Sour. Its too bad VIctory had a run of bad batches. Rating 4/4/4/2/8.
Rerate. Bottle. Rusty orange in colour. Aroma was of light alcohol, light citrus, some malt, banana and some wheat. The flavour was malty, some wheat, caramel, bananas. Large body, medium carbonation. Finish is long with a slight tang. This was truely a different beer then before. ElJefe (553), Rochester, New York, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Mar 29, 2005 Hazy dark amber with a big tan head. Aroma is estery and a bit sweet, with typical weizen spiciness. Alcohol is noticeable up front, but it’s presence diminishes towards the finish. Flavor has notes of lemon, pepper, coriander, and some grape. Not a big fan of wheat beer in general, but this is pretty good. valejo (81), Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Mar 27, 2005 This big ol’ wheat beer makes me happy, especially since I’m on a wheat kick. There’s a beautifully dark, cloudy pour. Good taste with lots of interesting flavors to pick up. beerhugger (541), Oshawa, Ontario, Canada

Gorgeous hazy amber brown body with a thin bubbly off-white head. Spicy and citrusy on the nose, with definite banana and malt. Coats the mouth with a pretty creamy mouthfeel and a wheat and fruit malt flavour. Lingers for a while, nicely. Jonathan3584 (323), Washington, Washington DC, USA

It has a deep caramel coloring that if it was only a little thicker could be drizzled as a dessert topping. It spreads evenly across the palate offering a truly delectable treat.
