potbeercollege (311), Boulder, Colorado, USA Nov 17, 2009 Bottle. Clear golden-yellow with thin white head. Aroma is very earthy, somewhat floral, notes of bubblegum. Strong pilsener taste, good amount of hop kick, again somewhat floral. Nice bitter bite, excellent pilneser TearsforBeers (172), Ohio, USA Nov 16, 2009 Pours a nice golden yellow with loads of white head. Aroma is pretty noble, somewhat spicy. Flavor is herbal, spicy, piney, followed by malt. Mouthfeel nice and light. A fine brew. demdeac40 (240), Etowah, North Carolina, USA Nov 16, 2009 Pours a very light color with a fluffy white head and good carbonation. Nice floral, hop and just a touch of malty sweetness on the nose. Taste is crisp, hoppy bitterness and a nice amount of citrus undertones. Gorgeous finish. Makes you want to drink a lot more than one. dimenhetfield (165), , Florida, USA Nov 14, 2009 Has very light color, very similar to a light lager. Has a aromas of hops and malts, I also detected a little bit of honey, stragely enough. Enjoyable but I expected a little bit more. Berley31 (185), New Brunswick, Canada Nov 14, 2009 A: Poured with a large, creamy white head that slowly dissipated down to a full 2-fingers, where it stayed for the duration of drinking. Fair lacing on the sides of the glass. Body is light yellow and clear, with a slight touch of haziness.
S: Bit of cooked corn, but very minor compared to so many other pilseners. Fruitiness comes through the most... lemon, apples, and others.
T: An extremely refreshing, fruity taste that finishes with a nice, crisp bitterness. Just awesome.
M: Light-bodied with a creamy texture, and average carbonation.
D: Without a doubt the best pilsener I’ve had yet... and I don’t know if I’ll ever have a better one. WVHouseofBeer (356), Morgantown, West Virginia, USA Nov 14, 2009 Sampled at 2009 Pittsburgh Brufest. Easily the best Pilsener I’ve ever had. Nice floral hop notes in the aroma. Good citrus flavor that finished slightly dry and bitter. Yet another world class beer from Victory. Frothmeister (5), Ontario, Canada does not count Nov 12, 2009 12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy straw yellow. Thin head. Massive hops on the nose. Lots of floral hops, almost soapy on the palate. Citrus. Crisp, bitter finish. A serious pilsener. Probably the hoppiest pilsener I’ve tried. KornDogg (181), Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA Nov 10, 2009 Bottle. had this many times at the brewery and finally rating it... light malty hop aroma, golden yellow body with light head... flavor is very crisp, hop and citrus without too much... nice bitter and dry aftertaste... a nice pils
