Aug 1, 2009 Pours pretty clear, little yellow in there, small head. Smells very refreshing, hoppy. Taste is extremely crisp with a strong burst of hops. Leaves the mouth feeling refreshed and energized. Delicious beer.

Jul 31, 2009 Pour is glowing straw crystal straw with a big head which settle with no head. Smells slightly of apple and flowers and slight corky flavor. Crisp feel with a bright bitterness which lingers. This is refreshing and big, a terrific beer.

Jul 31, 2009 Bottle. Bright, Clear Yellow with a small white head. Crisp hops dominating the smell and taste, but not overly bitter. Floral, citrus, spicy. Good malty finish, dry and bitter. Replaces Christoffel as my favourite Pils!

Jul 30, 2009 Updated: Aug 16, 2009Pours a pale boring yellow with a fast dissipating head that, even when poured quickly, did not show much strength to begin with. Aroma is floral, with hops. Extremely refreshing, a burst of dryness hits your mouth immediately. Mouthfeel is somewhat boring, seems to trip over itself. Overall? A little uninspiring. Seems like the bitterness of an IPA without the strong flavour, instead the flavour of a Pilsner.

Jul 29, 2009 355 mL bottle. Gold with a film of head. Noble hops, straw, citrus and herbs in the aroma. Flavour is hoppier than most pilsners I’ve tried. There is some pilsner malt in there as well, which becomes more apparent as the beer warms. Finishes very nicely dry and bitter. Fullish, for the style. Very nice.

Jul 28, 2009 This is my top pilsener so far! Pours golden colour with minimal white head. Great hops on the nose and coming through on tthe taste as well. Good sweet malt flavours with crisp grassy hops. Very refreshing, this is a perfect summer beer!

Jul 28, 2009 Pours a hazy greenish yellow, with a soft creamy, persistent head, with gentle and fine lacing. Nose is straight up Saaz, earthy, rich, spicy, pepper, tight-sour-malt Pilsener aroma, plenty of lemongrass. Palate is creamy, smooth, and nice and nippy, biting pepper in the finish. Everything I want in a Pilsener, and not som much as a hint of Diacteyl. Solid.

Jul 27, 2009 Hazy gold with a white head. Big yeasty, peppery pale lager aromas. Medium body with a rough mouthfeel. Nice flavor is dryish spices with dusty pale malts. Has a peppery dry bitterness to finish. Nice Pils.
