Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Pours clear golden-yellow with a puffy white head that lasts. Aroma of grapefruit and sweet citrus. Bitter up front but also sweet with pineapple flavors. Finishes with a dry bitterness.

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12oz glass into a Pilsener glass. Appearance: The body has a bright golden yellow color with plenty of sparkling carbonation and great clarity. The head is a wonderful thick and creamy topping with good retention. It also makes great lace rings on the glass as I drink. Smell: The aroma hits you in the nose with spicy floral and grassy hops over pale malt. Taste/Mouth: Its flavor is a crisp clean mix of its aroma. Hop flavor steals the show with bold spicy floral and grassy botanical notes. Underneath there is a pale crisp malt base that finishes dry with some nice clean hop bitterness. The palate is light to medium bodied with an easy drinking light wet texture. Carbonation is very active and helps to clean the palate. Notes: This is a great example an American craft beer take on a classic Pilsener. The hops are bolder than there Euro counterparts.

Bottle at The Rake, Southwark, London, shared with harrisoni. Pale gold with a hoppy aroma. A hint of tropical fruit in the taste and a strong bitter finish.

This is a great example of the pilsner! Very tasty on a hot day here in SC! Golden pour with a light white head. Since joining the site I have been trying some great beers but today wanted a light drinker so I picked this one up and its great!

12oz bottle. About as good an example of the pilsner style as you can get. It’s just not a very interesting style overall. But I like that Victory nailed it (yeah Pennsylvania!). Golden-yellow color with a slightly fizzy white head that dissipates. Grassy aroma with nice sweet malt. Crisp and refreshing with slightly bitter grassy hops on the flavor and pale malty sweetness with some honey. Extremely drinkable.

Pint glass, beer was on ice for several hours, hot/humid day. I had it with tacos with a smoke jalapeno sauce. Very clear yellow/pale color and a a finish to match. Aroma is dominated by citrus and pine - excellent. May be slightly over carbonated and a little thin but I’m reaching because this beer is very very good. It may be the best pils I have ever had. Anyway, nice hop aroma and flavor but very little bitterness. Wonderful pilsener and perfect summer brew that goes down really easy. Its a light easy drinking pils thats great with food. Like the beer equivalent of a fine dry chardonnay.
