Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Bottle thanks to Birdiebeagle. Pours pale gold with a rocky 2-finger white head. Aroma is lots of grass, a faint citrus, fresh grain and mineral. Flavor is fresh and dried grain right away a little toasted white bread, lager yeast crispness, a little mineral water, floral hops, and a little grapefruit and mineral to the finish. Palate is light, crisp and clean with a neutral entry and pleasantly dry finish. This is a fantastic pilsener, truly fantastic. As far as the flavor and palate go I really couldn’t imagine a pils being any better.

Pours a light straw color with a nice two-finger white head. Hops, grass and grains on the nose. Very crisp and dry with a refreshing bitterness backed by the German malt. Nice bitter finish. Truly an amazing Euro-style pilsner. Fantastic!

Pours a clear yellow with a lasting white head. Fresh hoppy aroma with a touch of grass. Spicy taste up front gives way to bitter finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Enjoyable Pils!

Wow. What a delighfully refreshing take on this style. Crystal clear yellow pour with good white head. The spiciness of the noble hops shines through in the flavor. Lingering saazy bitterness. Very refreshing. I’m far from a pilsner fan, but this one is great!

On tap at Stone. Light light pale amber in the glass with a bright white head. Light subtle nose. Bit of sweetness and bit of yeast. Tart and grass in the mouth. Bit of bitterness.

Aroma fresh and mild. Amber body with a thick, creamy head. Light and lively palate with a hoppy, bitter taste.

LOVE IT. One of my summer session favorites. Drinks easily without being watered down. Has that nice bitter euro hop kick without causing your mouth to sour and become fatigued. Big bight golden sunny straw colors with a nose of fresh grass, herbal hops, and dry cereal grains. I often bring this camping with friends and use it as an introduction to the world of really good beer.
