Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Pours a luminescently clear piss yellow. Still has a nice dank hop character in the aroma in spite of being a bit past its shelf life. Taste is very sparkly. Lots of carbonation. Pils malt forward. Hops have deteriorated to being quite a bit soapy/bitter and lost their floral quality. Still quite a solid pils.

Bottle. Light gold with a white head. Aromas are floral and grassy with grapefruit. Some light pine. Very hoppy. Flavours are sweet lemon with bitter and green resinous hops. One of the best pilseners I have had.

Bottle. A light gold yellowish beer with a minimal off white head. Aggressively hopped so that the crispness actually becomes too harsh. There is a late development of citrus fruit, but the bitterness comes in again too quickly to kill off those more delicate flavours. Hmmm. Really fails to deliver in the same way that Christoffel or Emersons do.

Damn this is good!!! A most excellent beer after some yard work, it has a fantastic pilsner taste with a beautiful hop bite that is oh so missing in most beers like this. The beer pours out a medium gold color, slight haze with some carbonation present. Head was about 1/2 inch thick with an agressive pour and melted into just a scant 1/8" head. Aroma is lemony, hay, and a bit of sweet fruit. Medium bodied with a slight twinge of carbonation. Flavor is mild, with a touch of fruit, more grassy/hay character and a glorious bitterness that just works oh so well. A nice lingering bitter finish that is uplifting, never harsh. Incredible beer.

clear gold, thick rocky white head. malty aroma with grass and flower, some pineapple and a hint of soap. smooth and refreshing. subtle but good balance between mild flavors of sweet malt and bitter floral hops. finishes dry, leaving fresh noble hop taste behind. this is very nice, excellent with a summer lunch.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small, foamy white head. The nose is crisp hops, light lemon, and a touch of grass. Medium carbonation with a medium-light mouthfeel. Citrus (primarily lemon), grass, a touch of floral, and a very light malt sweetness on the palate. Smooth and very drinkable. Great lacing left behind also. Overall a very refreshing and highly quaffable beer. Maybe a touch on the sweet side and one IBU too much of hops, but that is really splitting hairs. Damn good and certainly one I will get again!

Pours a very golden yellow with a thin white head. Smells of grain, sweet banana and of course hops. Taste is refreshing, crisp, and clean. Flavor comprises of light grain and a most dominate hop character. Finish is slightly bitter and somewhat short.

50ml, bottle. Last drink on the second day at CBF 09. White foamy head, yellow-golden body. Fresh and nice fruit hoppy aroma. Smooth flavour of noble hops and pale malts. Fair bitter endnotes Clean tasting and easy going. Far better than what is called pils in Norway (late on 16.05.2009).
