Light, pee color, minimal head. Sharp grassy hops, herbal, grainy hops. Thin palate. Niice pils. BarrysHomebrew (11), , Pennsylvania, USA May 14, 2009 India Pale Pils? Hoppier than Hop devil but tonnes of sazzy goodness. Crisp and refreshing. Victory at it’s finest. hayduke (1620), Eureka, California, USA May 13, 2009 From a 12 oz bottle this poured a very clar yellow with moderate white head and light lacing.Nose of grassy and floral hops. Smooth clean mouthfeel. Flavor is bitter and so is the finish. A very nice pils. ben4321 (957), Rockville, Maryland, USA May 13, 2009 Overall Impression:
Here’s another beer I haven’t had in a while...
**Old rating just said: "Better then your average Pils"
That is not a lot of info, so I’ll just keep this rated here for now and offer a re-rate next time I have one. OliverG (83), montreal, Quebec, Canada May 12, 2009 Robe jaune pâle aux arômes légèrement épicés et houblonnés. Bière simple, mais gouteuse pour une pilsner. Bonne bière d’été. RHeastings (380), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA May 11, 2009 Enjoyed in a fluted glass from a 12 oz bottle. This selection pours a clear pale golden color, as one would expect. The drinker gets notes of Czech and German noble hops (possibly Saaz?), along with some sweetness from the pilsner malt. The palate is straightforward but enjoyable - malt up front with a nice bitterness on the finish. Dry and crisp at the end, this is certainly one of the best widely available pilseners available in the U.S. hopson (591), Williamsville, New York, USA May 11, 2009 bottle- the best out there for me- super huge saaz hops nose, followed by a crisp hoppy bite and sufficient pilsner malt support- Wow.
