| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 9, 2009 Bottle from Utobeer. Clear paleish gold, thick rocky white head. Very grassy pils. Creamy pils aroma. Quite nettley on the finish. Maybe just lacks a bit of balance, maybe just a bit too hoppy on the finish, to be a truly refreshing balanced pils. Herby nettley hops. Rest of beer is good, attractive lightish malts. But maybe just a bit too nettley. beergod (100), Austin, Texas, USA

The nose is slightly herbal and of robust hops. Flavors of tangerine, grapefruit peel, and finishes clean and crisp. Great pils! j12601 (1215), Poughkeepsie, New York, USA

| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 3, 2009 Thanks adamharnaugh for this 12ozer. Pours clear yellow with a pillowy white head. Nose is creamed corn, pale malt, hay, grass, and hops. Flavor is bittering pine hops intermingle with hay, grass, malt, and a corn/ fruit sweetness that quickly retreats from the truckload of hops. Well-made, thirst quenching, and medium-bodied (for a pils). Refreshing. Pours a pretty pale gold with a light but thick white head that takes a few minutes to diminish. Aroma’s easy to pick apart - distinctly hoppy with hints of sweet citrus and some floral notes. Hits the mouth with a balanced bitterness and enough astringent character to keep you reaching for the glass. Difficult to do much better in the style. Chipper (185), Red Lion, Pennsylvania, USA
