Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.

Pale straw yellow pour with a thick white head. Yeasty, grainy aroma. Bitter malt with yeast and cereal. Clean and easy to drink.

I’m not a big pilsner/lager guy, but this is good... Being in eastern PA, pilsner drinkers have 4 excellent options with victory, sly fox, stoudts, and troegs immediately in the area... Each is different but all are world class. This is the hoppiest of the bunch. Dry finish, not as floral as stoudts. Very Crisp...

SDFOB-2008. Draft. Very light bitters. Some pineapple flavors. Nothing too exciting to me.

Smells grassy with a very nice malt undertone. Taste is crisp and refreshing with very nice bitter hops flavor. Very nice pilsner, one of the best I have had.

12oz bottle, not impressed, someewhat like a Tecate/Modelo taste to it! Clear pale gold pilsner, smells skunked. Thin head. The taste is a little bit bitter which is nice but also quite metallic.

Some hoppy aroma and typical pils sulfury notes. Color is light golden with thin white head. Flavor is bitter with some metallic tastes. Not as much malt character as I would like to taste. I’m not a fan of pils so don’t take this rating too harshly.

Aroma is a sweet malt scent that reminds me of a command premium American Pilsener. Color is a light bright gold with good carbonation and a white head that drops down thin. Taste is, wow way bitter. Starting with a light body it goes down with a crisp feel. Finish jumps out hoppy with some sweetness and then a bold bitterness with just a hint of malt. After taste is bitterness with a foamy feel. This may be the hoppiest Pilsner I have ever had.
