Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

crystal clear bright golden pour. aroma of bready malt, and some slightly skunky hops. Flavour is sharp, and the hops add a slight soapiness, along with a touch of sour apple. and it finishes with a bready malty aftertaste. Interesting pils, maybe a little past its date, but still nice, but not my favorite, i think its a little over hyped.

Pours a very clear, see through bright, light yellow with a big, frothy white head that lingers for several minutes and remains very lacy. A nice look to this pils. Smells of sweet and spicy German malts with a good amount of hoppiness. Grassy and citrus. Nice to smell a pils with some life. Lots of grassy taste to this and quite bitter. Sweet and malty throughout as well as spicy. A sharp citrusy/grassy hop bitterness kicks in about half way through and lingers way past the end. Excellent balance. Overall, a great take on the style. The added hops make this truly enjoyable and easily my favorite pils.

Golden pour white foamy head. Slight hops pine, citrus aromas. Very surprised by the malt in this one, complimented with nice grassy body. Not overly carbonated with just enough body. Very clean and bitey at the finish. One of the best pilseners I’ve had to date.

Light yellow with a small white head that diminishes. Nice hop aroma and bitterness. Quality ingredients make this an excellent pilsner.

Bottle 12 fl.oz @ Amerikaner blindsmagning @ Papsoe, Bottle #02.]
Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, hay, moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (190608)

Bottle, Nice light malt aromas a touch of spice, a bit of hops. Nice very nice taste, slight sweetness, bitter initial taste, tons of carbonation, a bit more complexity and texture than any pilsener I have had. Very enjoyable.
