Oct 19, 2009 With limited experience of true pilsners, I will say this is the best pils I have ever had. full of hop flavours including nuts and maybe even some mild hints of citrus. heavy hop flavour on the palate. Served cold, this becomes an easy-drinking beer that is still full of flavour.

Oct 15, 2009 12 oz bottle. Clear straw yellow with a pure white, long lasting, fluffy head and visible carbonation. Aroma is full of spicy hops and bready malt. The flavor has lots of hop bitterness with a good sweet malt balance. Light to medium body with highly active carbonation and a dry bitter finish. This is a very full flavored German Pilsener, it’s nice to see a lighter beer not sacrifice flavor.

Oct 15, 2009 Opaque yellow with fluffy head that has plenty of lacing. First taste brings back memories of Munich. Hops are there, lemon notes make an appearance and has a clean bitter finish. Light but not watery mouthfeel, bit of a zing from the carbonation. Very enjoyable.
