Jun 20, 2008 Bottle. [After party @ Papsoe, thanks buddy] Clear pale yellow color. Spare lacework. Aroma of light hops, mild caramel and hint of fruit. Over the palate came lovely mild pepper, almost liquorish like, apricot feel. Light bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet and bitter in balance. Light dry and bitter finish. 5 / 3 / 6 / 3 / 12

Jun 18, 2008 Bouteille de 12 oz achetée chez Julio’s Liquors (Westborough, MA). Arôme: Odeur d’houblon floral avec une pointe d’agrumes. Apparence: La couleur est blonde pâle avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de céréales avec une pointe de pamplemousse. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût légèrement houblonné. (Rating #1754)

Jun 17, 2008 Bottle. Aromas of fir trees and fresh grain. Deep deep golden, almost copper with huge frothy head, lacing. Slightly prickly but at the same time creamy mouthfeel. Gorgeous hops!!!!!!! Leafy, piney, earthy but bright. Some endive-like bitterness. A near-perfect hoppy pils, has become a favorite. Yum!!!

Jun 16, 2008 Pilseners are not my thing, but this one is nice. Pours a light yellow with minimal head. Nice hoppy flavor. The best Pilsener I have had.

Jun 15, 2008 Pours a clear golden color with foamy white head. Some grassy hops and malts in the nose. Flavor was malts, earthy hops, a bit of lemon zest. A slightly bitter and dry finish. Real nice Pilsner, just right for a hot summer day. Very refreshing and drinkable.

Jun 14, 2008 Straw yellow color with no head. Aroma of yeast, malts and some hops. Balanced taste of yeast, malts and hops. No bitter edge, but has a dry finish. Refreshing beer.

Jun 14, 2008 Pours a very light, pale yellow in color. A nice half inch head forms on the pour. Smell is malty with some underlying floral qualities. Taste is much the same, but with more of the underlying floral hops coming through. The taste is much better than the smell. Clean and non-cloying on the mouthfeel. This is a good pilsener.
