blutt59 (2042), Dallas, Texas, USA Mar 7, 2008 12 0z. bottle, a golden pour with nice rocky head, very smooth and refreshing, an excellent pilsner Haslinger (640), Syracuse, New York, USA Mar 6, 2008 good pilsner, I definitely think this is one of the best pilsners I have ever had. I probably wouldn’t but it again but that’s just because I’m not a huge fan of pilsners not because this beer is bad. jeffwilliams11 (310), hooterville, Michigan, USA Mar 6, 2008 nice full flavored pilsner. not watered down as i find most are. good hop aroma and flavor. way overcarbonated though... llcooldave (309), San Antonio, Texas, USA Mar 6, 2008 Cloudy and lemon yellow looking with a foamy head that looks like beaten eggwhites. I almost expect it to taste like PineSol. A nice floral hoppy aroma with a decent hoppy bitterness flavor. A little flat on the palate. Overall it’s not too bad and it gets better as you drink it. HoppyGuy (111), USA Mar 1, 2008 Pours a nice light gold color with a thin white head. Quite a nice aroma, with a nice hops balance. I liked the citrus tang, which was fresh and upfront. This is not a wimpy Pils, but neither is it overpowering. I’m not a huge fan of Pils brews, but this one is different in my books. All in all, a very nice brew, and I’d like to pair it with some grilled chicken and vegetables on a warm , sunny day. jkwalking05 (1483), Arlington, Texas, USA Mar 1, 2008 Color is golden with a decent head. Aroma and Flavors are pleasantly hoppy with slight citrus notes. A very solid pilsner. beerheart (237), Erie, Colorado, USA Feb 29, 2008 Updated: Mar 2, 2008The past year has been quite a beer journey. I’ve explored Belgium in far more depth than I ever knew existed. I’ve explored the American extreme brewing phenomenon. And I find myself appreciating a great classic beer all the more. This is the best pilsener I’ve had so far. I would characterize pilseners as smelling like grass and straw, weak malts, and little or no hops. This beer pours with a full white head that lingers throughut the poor. It has a nice hop aroma distinctively devoid of the grass, straw, and corn of weaker pilseners. It is vibrant on the palate. The taste is slight citrus, crisp, with balanced malt and bitter hops. The hops are bitter but not overpowering. The finish is clean. Very nice. johndavidj99 (123), Township, Maine, USA Feb 29, 2008 Updated: Mar 2, 2008Fluorescent yellow (clear) with a decent head. Hops, grass and malts detected in aroma. I can’t wait to taste! Amazing! It is such a crisp and clean taste that it disappears as soon as you swallow. Wonderful hoppy taste. This is what a pisner is..wow! I could drink 12 of these!
