Commercial Description:
Heaps o' hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Yellow color; small, white head dissipates into a small, white ring but can be resurrected a bit with some swirling. Aroma citrus, grass, wheat. Flavor is strongly unbalanced with overwhelming bitterness, which, to me, completely invalidates the high rating of this beer; aside from the overdone hops, I do appreciate the rest of the flavors, which include bread and grass. Nice body; surprisingly full for such a light beer. Overall, this is a decent beer, but it’s also a great example of the ridiculous bias here toward overhopped beers; badly unbalanced, and the bitterness overwhelms the rest of the flavors.

Pours a pale gold with a medium frothy white head. Aroma is light lemon and honey hop aroma. Very nice, Flavour is grassy hop, grainy malt and some corn tones? Light lingering lemony bitterness.

12oz bottle. I think this is my favorite American Pils. Transparent deep yellow color with an almost green tint to it. Deliciously crisp and surprisingly hoppy for a Pilsener. Creamy yeast still manages to shine through and compliment the initial bitterness. Excellent as a slow sipper or a session ale. Classic.

Very clear body with a thin white head. Mild floral aroma. Crisp and lean with lots of hops to finish. Good.
