Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Emptied the bottle and it forms a white fluffy head with a luscious amber body. Slight hoppiness in the aroma and perhaps a hint of citrus. The aroma seems to remind me, for a second only, of Pilsner Urquell. The taste is very pleasant and much more smooth than than the afore mentioned beer. Definite sweetness on the tongue. The hops are present but not overwhelming and this is good for this type of beer. This is a great "refreshing" beer. I will plan on drinking this along with wheats this summer. Finishes very smooth as well with a lemony taste lingering but it is not annoying.

Nice, pleasant murky light golden pour with a generous head with decent lacing. Aroma is a mix of citrus cleaning solutions and Canada Dry Bitter Lemon. Tangy sweet flavor with zesty hoppiness and some sprucey undertones. Good rendition of a pilsener. Very dry finish. Overall impressed with Victory thus far.

Draft at Gordon Ramsay’s at the London, New York. Great that even two star restaurants have craft beers nowadays. Full malty flavour, hoppy aroma, dry crisp finish. An ideal food companion.

Draught. Clear golden color. Hint of hops in the nose. Sprucy with a nice grainy aftertaste. Moderately carbonated. Crisp finish. Decent pilsner.

Bottle at The Rake, Southwark, London, shared with harrisoni. Pale gold with a hoppy aroma. A hint of tropical fruit in the taste and a strong bitter finish.

Bottled. Clear yellow color, medium white head. Nice hoppy aroma, bit flowery, slight grassy. Good bitter pils taste, slight grassy, smooth. Great palate. Very good pilsener style (which is supposed to be and in this case truly is obvious different from the typical american pale like ales).

Light yellow. White head. Light flowery hop aroma. Mouth drying. Very high hop flavour. Like a double hopped Pilsener.

Very strong aroma of hops. Gold and cloudy like a wheat beer. Crisp bitter taste with lots of hops and some clove. Thin. I like a pilsener, but I can't find what everyone is enjoying so much in this beer.
