Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Bottle: Clear golden with a thin white head, starts and ends lightly bitter, hay and grassy hops in the aroma, thick body for the style. Leave it to Victory to make a pilsener that doesn’t suck.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color; fluffy white head with solid lacing. Lively citrus and herbal / grassy hops in the aroma; not an overwhelming hop bomb, but crisp and lightly-sugared with the slightest hint of resin. Medium mouthfeel: some chewy citrus at the forefront (resiny, lightly acidic), with lively carbonation and a creamy dough character underneath; a beautiful palate (striking a delicate balance between hop zing and malt density and drinkability) that smooths out into a soft, doughy and yeasty finish. An excellent pils. Clean, well-built, and immensely drinkable.

A nice bright golden color, that pours with a nice white head that disappears quickly. Has a nice appealing floral bouquet. The first taste is one of a soft malty flavor, which then finishes with a nice sharp hop bitterness that marries well with a bit of hop flavor. This is a great example of a Pils, which I wish I could get on a regular basis.

Tap at Flying Saucer, Houston. Pours a pure gold with a faint sour aroma. Flavor is crisp, light hops with a nice sweetness in the finish that balances everything. Palate suffices. Oh yeah... KEVIN WAS THERE. EASTSIDE, BITCHES!

Golden Coloring. Good Head. Hops all around. Bitterness. May want to try again for re-rating...but for a Pils, very good.

Thanks from asteele8. Bright, crisp looking yellow pour. Lemon pepper aroma. Great pils. Very dry, bitter finish.

12 oz. bottle best by October 13, 2008. Straw colored pour with a 2-finger head. Decent retention and little specks of lacing. Grassy aroma with an earthy tinge. Grainy taste with a bitter finish. The hop tastes lingers quite a long time. Medium body. Very refreshing.
