golden yellow, lots of tiny bubbles, frothy white head, fresh hop aroma with a touch of malt sweetness, light malt flavor followed by big hop burst and lots of bitterness, sample was a little old and cardboardy, otherwise rating could have been higher

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Aug 6, 2007 Updated: Oct 4, 20082008-09-09, 7-3-6-3-13=32 It pours a hazy blond color; the head disappears but it leaves some lace. At first it has some Saaz aroma, but later it mutates more into a common beer. Not much malt flavor, but at least a strong hopping, with a lot of Hallertau and some Saaz. I waited long to re-try this; it’s not bad, but when I see people naming it as top Pils, I can’t help thinking about a Tipopils tasted fresh at the brewpub.
2006-12-28, 7-4-8-5-16=40 Hazy blond color. Light aroma. Very good taste, with some malt crispness, smooth, and an excellent European hopping, leading to a strong long and aromatic final. Excellent amongst bottled Pils. KimJohansen (7145), Copenhagen V, Denmark

| 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 18/20 | Jun 3, 2002 The hop on the label says it all -- prepare to be bombarded by the aroma and flavor of that yummy ingredient. Victory can call it a pils if it wants (and based on how it made the beer, it probably should), but the hoppiness is APA all the way. Good stuff!! harrisoni (6946), Ashford, Kent, England
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 9, 2009 Bottle from Utobeer. Clear paleish gold, thick rocky white head. Very grassy pils. Creamy pils aroma. Quite nettley on the finish. Maybe just lacks a bit of balance, maybe just a bit too hoppy on the finish, to be a truly refreshing balanced pils. Herby nettley hops. Rest of beer is good, attractive lightish malts. But maybe just a bit too nettley. TBone (6850), Pori, Finland

Very pale yellow, not much head. Rubbery, grassy hoppy nose. Harsh, malty flavor. Some late hoppyness and a bit of sugar. Suprise to have such a bulk from craft brewery. faroeviking (6127), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands
