Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Clear golden bronze, large white head with decent lacing and retention. Aroma is a boatload of grassy/spicy hops with fresh bread. It’s big for a pilsner, but stays within the limits of the style. I don’t think I’d change anything... if it lacks anything it’s a ’wow factor.’

Bottle. Pours hazy light yellow with a pillow of white head. The aroma is some fruits, some grass, and sugar. The flavor is some hoppy fruits, some grain. Some crackers and yeast come next, and then a medium-dry finish. Pretty refreshing.

Hazy gold with a white head. Big yeasty, peppery pale lager aromas. Medium body with a rough mouthfeel. Nice flavor is dryish spices with dusty pale malts. Has a peppery dry bitterness to finish. Nice Pils.

A nice pils but not in the league of many european pilsners Ive had. Flavor is hoppy with little complexity to back it up. It does not offer the creamy texture I like in a good pilsner. A good beer considering the style but not anything I will seek out.

active yellow pour with a fluffed white head . honey and hay aroma. straw malt taste with a great slightly sour crisp bitter finish. very satisfying a great food beer. lingering straw flavors with a perfect bitter balance.this is what a pilsner should be. thanks slob for the trade.

12 oz bottle. Clear pale gold, small white head. Grainy, hopped up cirtus nose. Flavor is a tad on the grainy side, sweet malt notes. Hops come back in the finish, an herbal bitter, and more grain. Very good pils!
