A Mes rate. Bottle drank with Kenny and Mike.
Clean pale yellow with a good white head. Perfect pils aroma. Straight forward but excellent. The flavour is not a patch on the nose but it’s lovely and dry and very drinkable however. The palate and delivery is just right. It’s just a very very good pils.

Bottle @ Ølfestival, Valby, 2009.
Pours lightly hazy golden with a nice, creamy, white head. Aroma has grain, grassy hops and light citric. Highish carbonation, super dry mouthfeel. Flavour is fresh, good hops character and soft dryness. Some sugary sweetness as well. Good pilsner.

Poured a light yelllow with a large head. Aromas of grass and straw. Hoppy bitter finish. Thin and light. If Pilsners are your style, give this a try.

12 oz bottle-pours a thin white foamy head. Color is clear yellow-light gold. Aroma is usual pilsner or lager-grain&yeast? Taste has initial ____toasty? note. Good flavor, mild, nice carbonation. Nice finish.

Original rating in april 2004. Beautiful golden body, clear with a huge rocky and foamy pure white head. Aroma is grassy, full on Saaz: spicy and flowery, herbs and bready hay. Milder than expected, but I love the saaz here or maybe it had been too long since I last smelled it. Tongue-biting body, airy, creamy, great support fom a good medium body. Malt bite early on, in a honeyish fashion, but most of the flavor development is all about the flavorful saaz that makes us believe we’re actually chewing on flowers and some lemon peaks. Something makes me say hallertau too, but I’m no expert at picking hops used. Extremely refreshing and crisp. Wonderful beer for a hot day.
Re-tried on tap at the Gingerman (NYC) and I was very impressed once again by the fragrant hoppiness of that one. Bottles don’t keep their freshness very long, but this particular pint was vibrant with floral, herbal, spicy hops that overcame the soft, biscuity malts. Immensely dry and satisfying to me hence the score bumping up.

Bottle from jj57jdnbf86789dbnd7hj3 or whatever his name is. My god what a disapointment, any half ass german pils will rip the tits out this overrated fellow. Aroma is cornish,m grainy pale malts, grassy hints of lemon. Taste is similar, easy goling yes, but dry grassy pritty bland, incredibly average. RERATE: Upto 4.3 from 2.5. Bottle in the rake. Alround rating: Gorgeous hoppy fresh, awsome mix of great lager malts and leafy hopness. Alround one of those one’s i wanted to rerate as i knew the bottle i had was old and poor and i was right.

This beer rocks! I'm not a huge fan of pilseners, but this is a damn good beer. The nose is spicey, buttery and slightly floral...with a hint of honey. A sharp, well-hopped beer with a very crisp, dry finish. A hint of clover honey at the wee end. As I stated, not my favorite style, but a damn nice effort nonetheless!
