Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Bottle courtesy of BuckNaked. Figured I would take a chance on this. oops. Great grassy aroma for a pilsner but everything else is still pilsner. Just o.k.

Wow. What a delighfully refreshing take on this style. Crystal clear yellow pour with good white head. The spiciness of the noble hops shines through in the flavor. Lingering saazy bitterness. Very refreshing. I’m far from a pilsner fan, but this one is great!

Bottle, best before October 15, ’07. All right! Finally got a fresh bottle of this stuff. Pours a hazy light gold with a firm white head. The nose is very grainy and doughy with hints of ganja, soil, and cardboard. The flavor has a thick doughy, papery attitude and a dry finish. It tastes the way a brewery smells, very grainy. While I do like the balance , the intensity of the overall flavor profile, and especially the lingering, semi-dry finish, I can’t get into the traditional European lagers. My personal taste interferes with my enjoyment of this one. However, I can tell that this is a clean, robust take on the style (my preferred pilsener so far) and I would definitely recommend it to any of my friends who are more into lighter colored lagers than I am.

On tap at the brickstore. Pale yellow color. Some Saaz hop aroma. Also some feet in the aroma. I don’t think the lines were clean. I need to try this again from bottle or something.

Bottle courtesy of GMCC2181. Pours a slight hazy yellow with a dense 2 finger white head. The nose is grassy hops and pilsner spice. The taste is malt, citrus hops and peppery pilsner spice. Nice medium creamy body. Good Pils – thanks G-Spice!

12oz bottle enjoy by 4/02/07-Clear golden body with a huge white head which has an aroma of hops, malt, citrus, and grains. Taste of the same with a nice dry finish. Nice tasting pils.
