Nice yellow color; Head left something to be desired; Grassy, wonderufl nose. Dry, grassy palate. A satisfying pils- maybe one of the best I have encountered.

Pours light golden with a thin, fully receding white head. Aroma of grassy, herbal hops, bready lager yeast. Taste is very herbal, intense noble hops, cracker crispy malts. Resinous for a noble hop beer, but quite nice. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, and slightly resinous with lively carbonation. Very well done pilsner!

Very traditional pilsener, perfectly clear golden color, soft & subtle white head, generous lacing around the glass, lots of abrasive hops in the nose, the hop character all over this beer really smacks you in the face, very hoppy flavors but incredibly smooth & drinkable, very refreshing on a hot day, clean but dry finish, excellent pils

Bottle Pours a clear bright pale yellow with a very strong nearly white head that lasted quite a while. Aroma is clean crisp and slightly yeasty/hoppy. Tastes of yeast and malts with a little honey in there. Feel is crisp and quick. Easy on the carbonation. Yeah it’s a pilsner, but its tasty and quite refreshing. My first of several "Victorys" coming up. Thanks to Probiere for the trade

Nicely done pilsner. Pours about like an american lager... light honey color with lots of bubbles, but with a bigger head. Aroma is a little weak, hops come through. Lacing is pretty substantial. Taste is a little hoppier and more bitter (but a nice bitterness, not skunky) than most pilsners. Crisp due to high carbonation and hops bite.

bottle from ucusty...BB 10/15/07. pale gold/straw colored with a wispy white head. light malt aroma with some yeast, alcohol, citrusy hops and aluminum sheeting. creamy mouth feel. flavor is all of the aforementioned. ’lager’ qualities w/o typical corn or skunk. leaves no unpleasant aftertaste. very clean, nice all around.

355 ml bottle (from a 6 pac), purchased at the LCBO Rideau and King Edward (Ottawa) on November 1st 2009. Pale blonde, thin head. Aroma of dry floral hops, a little citrus. Taste of grass hopped, dry and almost no bitterness. Pleasant light taste!

(11/13/08) Bottle at friends’ house in Philadelphia. Slightly hazy golden color with a quickly-diminishing medium white head. Aroma of some grassy hops and lots of graininess. Sweetish flavor with some malt, graininess and a bitter finish with rather grassy hops. Medium-bodied. Not awful but nothing great.
