Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.

This beer rocks! I'm not a huge fan of pilseners, but this is a damn good beer. The nose is spicey, buttery and slightly floral...with a hint of honey. A sharp, well-hopped beer with a very crisp, dry finish. A hint of clover honey at the wee end. As I stated, not my favorite style, but a damn nice effort nonetheless!

courtesy of Allen - At last, I have been able to put my hands and my nose on this old classic; slightly hazy golden-yellow colour; little white foam; dusty and very hoppy nose with notes of flowers, citrus, apple and grapefruit; good malt body and with a juicy palate, solidly bitter; quite dry and long bitter fruity and flowery finish - tasty and with a lot of character: a fantastic brew

Quality Pilsener. Pale, pale gold in colour. Probably the most hoppy pilsener that i've had, really bitter aswell, grassy/haylike aromas, slightly honeyed. Pretty soft mouthfeel at the start, but the bitterness hads some sharpness and length to the flavour. Which is a good thing, coz its a tasty brew. Liked it very much.

Pale yellow gold, big bubbled beer with yellowish tinted dense head, collapsing. Fresh flowery hops nose, going grassy but retaining a honeyish-blossom streak. Nice pils aromas, but somewhere in the back a little bit of cardboard or sprouts. Again honey, flowers and dry hop flavours, going over in a dry grainy malt taste. Excellent balance sweet-bitter, going nowhere too far in one direction or another. Just a tad metallic retronasal enforcing the hops character. Light but nowhere watery; very slight burning feeling. Very enjoyable pilsener. Not great, just right. Big thanks to Pivo and Nat!

Golden colour with a white head. Hoppy floral and light malty sweet aroma with notes of hay. Flroal, perfumy flavor with hoppy bitter notes.

Bottled, 355ml from Bellingers Garage, Grove, Oxon. Yellow gold with white head. Very impressive Pilsener, there is a good solid initial maltiness, not grainy but nice and biscuity, sharp, then the main show is plenty of lemony, citric hops, quite oily butflavoursome. Lots of bitterness, surprisingly so in this type of beer. Really pretty enjoyable, i’d love to try it on a hot summers evening, but we don’t get many of them.

Bottle: Clear, pale golden with a greenish sheen, quite stable white lacy head; very solid aromatic piney hoppy nose with some shy pale-malty support; full dry bitter flavour, soft and light bodied; dry - very hoppy - bitter finish. Good hoppy stuff, but lacks the presence of a malty body, that is necessary to become an excellent Pils..........

Citrusy, grassy hops on a soft sweet banana carpet...Dry feel of hay accompanied by a light lactic note and an eagerness to try more...This is a superbly efficient trip to Bavaria...
