Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Bottle, best by Aug 04 08. Aroma lemony with solid malt background, herbal hops. Lots of the hops in the flavor, herbal, grassy, almost spicy, with that strong malt base holding strong. Dried apple, apple skin, almost leathery. Full bodied. Very nice.

pours golden, big white head. perfumy, herby, spicy hop aroma with some mild appley malty hints. the flavour starts clean and sweet malty and then comes the big punch of flowers and hops. amazing bitter finish lingers. I never thoight a pils would knock me on my ass, but this is just gorgeous.

Draught at d.b.a. Crystal clear golden colour. Small fine-laced white head. Saaz-hop aroma. Very crisp. Nice malty aroma as well. Crisp bitterness. Solid malt backbone. Juicy malt flavours. A nice pilsener. Little aftertaste. Flavour stops abruptly.

12 oz. bottle - pours gold and cloudy; nice citrus aromas and initial flavor, but i’m just not a big fan of the pilsener aftertaste

Head to head with 3 Floyds Burnham Pilsner. Cloudy lemon, huge frothy head. Tangy hoppy mouth feel. . .bitter finish. . .lingering citrus notes complete a pretty good beer.

Bottle. A lot better than your average domestic pils. It’s got that trademark victory hop aroma and flavor. Crisp and refreshing. A great domestic pilsner.

12oz bottle. About as good an example of the pilsner style as you can get. It’s just not a very interesting style overall. But I like that Victory nailed it (yeah Pennsylvania!). Golden-yellow color with a slightly fizzy white head that dissipates. Grassy aroma with nice sweet malt. Crisp and refreshing with slightly bitter grassy hops on the flavor and pale malty sweetness with some honey. Extremely drinkable.
