It’s got that trademark victory hop aroma and flavor. Crisp and refreshing. A great domestic pilsner. DragonStout (1386), Pataskala, Ohio, USA

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 14, 2006 Tap at Barley John’s. Clear, pale, golden with a frothy white head. Butterscotch, banana, lemony aroma. Has flavor qualities similar to a white wine like citrus with a buttery, dry mouthfeel, like Reisling, maybe. Very stylish and interesting, this is the best pilsener i know of. Magjayran (1379), Durham, North Carolina, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 25, 2006 Draught at The Federal in Durham, NC. Pours a golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is strong with grassy hops and grains. Sharp grassy hop flavor with just enough German malt to smooth things out. Surprisingly hoppy for the style and refreshing. One of those ultimate lawn mower beers. JCapriotti (1378), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Feb 23, 2004 Large creamy white head, fully lasting with good lacing. Great clear yellow body. Crisp fresh aroma of slightly musty lemon, and pear. A little malt sweetness at the start and middle with some bitter lemon orange taste. Finishes with a dry bitterness. Texture is creamy and body is just right (not too light). I really liked the beer... nicely rounded taste made it enjoyable to drink. igneous1 (1374), Davenport, Iowa, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 11, 2008 Aroma is a sweet malt scent that reminds me of a command premium American Pilsener. Color is a light bright gold with good carbonation and a white head that drops down thin. Taste is, wow way bitter. Starting with a light body it goes down with a crisp feel. Finish jumps out hoppy with some sweetness and then a bold bitterness with just a hint of malt. After taste is bitterness with a foamy feel. This may be the hoppiest Pilsner I have ever had. ilovedarkbeer (1369), Dallas, Texas, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jul 1, 2007 Pours a watery yellow color with almost no head. Bubbly body and bitter smells. Tastes like barley and has an extremly dry refreshing finish. Not to bad for a pilsner.
