| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Aug 31, 2003 Pours a shimmering gold color with shining edges, not watery looking like most. Aroma is mainly malty with effects of hops shining through. Flavor is smooth and mild, so easy to drink but still with some great hop esters. I really liked this one and it taught me never to underestimate a pils. Tmoney99 (4779), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 10, 2009 Bottle. A light gold yellowish beer with a minimal off white head. Aggressively hopped so that the crispness actually becomes too harsh. There is a late development of citrus fruit, but the bitterness comes in again too quickly to kill off those more delicate flavours. Hmmm. Really fails to deliver in the same way that Christoffel or Emersons do. leaparsons (4748), Leicester, Leicestershire, England

Some light pine. Very hoppy. Flavours are sweet lemon with bitter and green resinous hops. One of the best pilseners I have had. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA
