Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

12oz bottle. Light gold color. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is grassy, grainy and spicy. A medium bodied pilsner. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are spicy and crisp. Light, crisp and refreshing. Nice pilsner. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

2008-07-02. Crisp yellow body with a modest white head that fades. Aroma of grassy straw hops. Similar flavour has lots of grassy noble hops, pleasant bitterness throughout. Crisp average palate. Solid pilsener. 7/3/7/3/14 - 3.4Bottle from Premier Gourmet, Buffalo

Nov 2000 - Lots of hops, good for a pilsener (not one of my favourite styles). Would try it again if the opportunity arose. 7/4/5/3/11 - 3.0

Another rating against the grain. This one did not set well with me and may deserve another sample. This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a slightly hazy typically carbonated yellow-orange colored body and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was malty and dirty sock. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The strange weird off the mark flavor contained notes of leathery malt and hop. A horrible one that I would rather not drink again.

Bottle. [After party @ Papsoe, thanks buddy] Clear pale yellow color. Spare lacework. Aroma of light hops, mild caramel and hint of fruit. Over the palate came lovely mild pepper, almost liquorish like, apricot feel. Light bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light sweet and bitter in balance. Light dry and bitter finish. 5 / 3 / 6 / 3 / 12

Very clear golden beer with a floral nose. This is shockingly great flowery, hoppy wonderful light lager; for all the "yellow beer haters" ... this beer is as big and flavorful as all the American IPAs, but comes in the guise of a pilsner. Drink it. Love it. Touchdown!

Bottle at home - shared with Mette. Clear yellow - white head. Clean pilsner malty, white head, hay, light wet hay, nice hoppy, but not that fresh, bitterness, high bitterness, light grass, light cardboard, citruc, light crispyness. OK.

Bottle @ Kbh festival 2009. Pours a slight unclear golden with a small frothy head. Hoppy, grassy and grainy. Very german like. Dry and grassy taste. Clean and well hopped. Medium bodied. Crisp and nice.

Bottle and for what its worth i think this is a dam fine pils. Pours a golden orange body with a white head. Citric, grassy and earthy notes. Dry and bitter finish but still crisp clean and satisfying. Some grain and hay but still nice caramel and a tea like bitterness maybe even a bit tannic. I’m a fan.
