Jan 7, 2004 Glowing golden colour with a small white head. Both aroma and flavour are full & crisp & chock full of hoppy goodness with a just enough maltiness in the background. A bit too hoppy for the style, perhaps, but I'm not complaining.

Dec 7, 2002 I am not a huge fan of pilsners, let alone American brews. However, this is hands down the best pilsners I’ve ever tried, and now one of my new favorite beers.

Jan 20, 2004 Updated: Aug 19, 2008The description says full frothy head, they ain’t sh*ttin’ here. Straw yellow color with light lemon zest taste. Bitter hops behind the earthy flavor. Light and nicely done. <Rerate 8-18-08>. Every time I have this beer, I like it more and more. Fresh hops and doughy malts. Crisp and as addictive as crack.

Jul 17, 2003 This is an outstanding pilsner. Poured beautiful golden color with nice head that remained for quite some time leaving nice lacing along the way. Crisp full flavor. Definitely at the top of the list for pilsners. If this were available a tad cheaper I'd drink more of it. If you like pilsners, you owe it to yourself to try one, but... Nobody can drink just one!

Whoever thought of putting this much hops in a Pils is a genius. It's not quite to style, but *damn* is it good.
Pours a beautiful light golden color with just the right amount of head and a wonderful lace left on the glass.
Smells...like pine! Very hoppy pine!
Tastes wonderful. I'm still getting the pine sensation, but there's grapefruit and, of course, lots of hops. Interestingly, though, it's not out of balance at all.
Mouthfeel is light and crispy with plenty of carbonation.
Drinkability is amazing. I wish this was more available, it would definatly be a summer staple.

May 11, 2009 bottle- the best out there for me- super huge saaz hops nose, followed by a crisp hoppy bite and sufficient pilsner malt support- Wow.
