Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.

Bottle poured clear pale yellow with a big white head in my pint glass. Aromas of light malts and intense hops filled my nose This brew tastes awesome citrus malts and great malt sweetness. It’s kind of strange how the hops stand out first then the sweetness follows on this brew. Nice and light in the mouth and crisp on the tongue. This is now my go to pizza beer, and now that victory is now in Maine It may be my go to brew for next summer. Extremely drinkable for anyone who was wondering

12 oz. bottle. Hear about this one on Craft Beer Radio. Poured an impressive yellow golden color with ample sparkle and a big creamy white head. Superb taste! I am very delighted with this pilsner and look forward to the next five bottles from the six pack I bought.

It’s a beer with that excellent pale straw yellow pour. The head is nice and laces the glass like it should, moderately light. This beer has a supreme bland skunky aroma like a good pils should and I haven’t even tasted it yet. Dare I say it’s pale yet cloudy... awesome. The flavor is something to relish in. It’s underground, earthen, medium hop bitter, a little funky and sour, full, full flavored, and the taste lasts. The consistency is pure refreshment. Prosit!

Bottle poured into a nice pils glass. Appearance: Pale, golden yellow. Nice white head. Great lacing and a nice bubbling effect. Smell: Strong, grassy hops. Memories of mowing the lawn from this one. Taste: One smooth beer. The hops are strong for the style but not overpowering. Faint malt presence. Good hop bitterness. Spicy fading to grassy/floral. The malt remains faint throughout, but never fades completely and compliments the hops well. Just a hint of sweetness just before the dry finish. Mouthfeel: The bubbling glass made me worry about the carbonation, but it was spot-on when drinking. Very light in the mouth, but just chewy enough. Drinkability: This is probably my favorite session beer, and is always in my fridge. The right level of alcohol and refreshment for a hot summer day (or any other day).

Nice yellow color; Head left something to be desired; Grassy, wonderufl nose. Dry, spicey palate. A satisfying pils- maybe one of the best I have encountered.

On Tap at the Father’s Office, Culver City. Aroma: fresh cut grass and fresh earthy hops. Pours clear golden with small white head, good head retention for a pils. Flavor: begins mellow and untraceable then becomes nicely spicy and hoppy. Finishes with a surprising roasted malt character in the throat. medium-light to light body. Very drinkable! I’ll admit it, I’m biased to Ales. But, this Pilsener is a revelation! A very enjoyable and hoppy Lager!! Nice for the warmer spring and summer months.

Spicy fruity hop aroma, very belgian-like, over a perfect yellow shining body and a small bubble white head. Taste has lots of fruity belgian spice, a floral hop finish, great balance, and crisp finish. Great pils.
