A nice citrus aroma and flavor followed by a sweet snap of hops. Sweet, but not so that it sticks to the mouth. Overall refreshing, tasty and quite impressive. My hats of, once again, to Victory. Though it is from a bottle, it reminds me of the quality Pils you get in the pubs in Parague. Great, great hop aroma. My only complaint is that the head dissipated quickly. fishonmyplane (125), Newington, Connecticut, USA

The flavor, however, is not typical at all. It has the crisp hoppiness of a US pale ale, with a nice smooth maltiness underneath. A great beer; by far the best pilsner I've ever had. The smooth, crisp taste of a classic pils with a nice hoppiness to it that most pilseners seem to lack. It is not overpowering or strongly bitter, but takes chances and leaves you happy that you picked this one. My favorite pils so far. Pigfoot (2226), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA

Aroma has citrus notes, lemon zest, flowers, and pineapple.
Delightfully light texture, long, welcome finish. Truly this must be the thinking man's "lawnmower beer". Possesses a certain zing that reminds me somehow of Duvel. I'm normally an ale man, but I would never pass up on
this pilsner. Are the fine folks of Downington, PA aware that among their modest ranks walk these brewing gods disguised as mortals?

I felt that what this had was more body and flavor, as well as bitterness. I was happy to be able to find another nice session ale from this place. A great beer.
