Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Pours clear golden-yellow with a puffy white head that lasts. Aroma of grapefruit and sweet citrus. Bitter up front but also sweet with pineapple flavors. Finishes with a dry bitterness.

A - fantastic looking beer. Golden/straw color, with an enormous head which lasts forever. Tons of CO2 bubbles and crystal clear. S - Floral/grassy hop aroma with malts aroma providing balance. T - Mild citrus and spicy hop flavor with considerable bitterness. Sweet malt flavors and faint buttery flavor balances out. Very clean finish and refreshing beer. M - Very nice prickly sensation from all the CO2. A tad thin. D - A very drinkable/sessionable pils. Very fine example of the style. Nice beer.

12oz Bottle. Pours a very golden yellow colour. Very tasty and easy to drink. I could drink 37 of these and not feel a buzz. Solid brew overall, definately the best pilsner I have ever had. Then again I am stuck with canadian pilsners who eat a big bag of dicks.

12 oz bottle poured into pilsner. Pours a wonderful semi-transparent gold with a good white head that diminishes relatively quickly. The aroma is fruity with floral overtones. Soft and light on the palate but still wonderfully full of flavor. Notes of hops, but not overwhelming, creating a nice, slightly bitter end. Wonderful beer.

Pours a hazy greenish yellow, with a soft creamy, persistent head, with gentle and fine lacing. Nose is straight up Saaz, earthy, rich, spicy, pepper, tight-sour-malt Pilsener aroma, plenty of lemongrass. Palate is creamy, smooth, and nice and nippy, biting pepper in the finish. Everything I want in a Pilsener, and not som much as a hint of Diacteyl. Solid.

Thanks for the recommendation Mitch. A very soft aroma with hints of sunny lemons and hay. Beautiful colours that remind me of a hazy lemonade made with sparkling water. Nice hoppy bite with the addition of grassy hay, citrus fruits, bazooka bubblegum, and a nice dry finish. A little thin on the tongue, but a great thirst quencher. Much more drinkable than the fizzy water that Bud squeezes out of god knows what!

Appearance is great with a huge head that lasts and laces the whole way down. Pours a golden yellow, almost completely clear with active carbonation. Smells lightly citrusy and piney, very subtle but nice. Tastes damn good, good to have a real lager once in a while. Not much bitter or bite, just smooth and balanced goodness. Mouth is thicker than expected but it actually works well here. I could session the hell out of this beer. Very good stuff.

Maybe my favorite choice for the warm summer months. Pours a pretty pale gold with a light but thick white head that takes a few minutes to diminish. Aroma’s easy to pick apart - distinctly hoppy with hints of sweet citrus and some floral notes. Hits the mouth with a balanced bitterness and enough astringent character to keep you reaching for the glass. Difficult to do much better in the style.
