Commercial Description:
Bottle: Filtered.
Ingredients: 2 row German pale malt; Czech Saaz, German Northern Brewer hops.
Heaps o’ hops are hiding under the full, frothy head of this elegant Pils. All German malt subtleties linger beneath a long dry finish of this classy quencher.

Pours a slightly cloudy yellow with big ol white head. Aroma of honey. Flavors of Saaz hops followed by some more IPA-like hoppiness, finished off with some grapefruitiness and a nice malty finsh. When I reach for a pilsner, its either this or Pilsner Urquell.

Had during a beer tasting party. Poured almost a glowing light yellow color, very interesting. Very perfumey, less bitter than other Pils. Favorite Pils.

Lingering bitterness, very robust. Nice and hoppy. Probably the best pilsner I’ve had.

It hit 92 degrees today and I hit the Pils. What a clean and crisp quencher this is. This beer is well crafted and hits the spot. Works well with lighter fare too.

Light body, slightly hoppy, great example of a pils. Got it at my local store, glad they sell singles.

Clean clear yellow, tall fluffy head, grassy sunny aroma. This is my pils of choice: clean, crisp, nice snappy hop finish, and I never think ’corn’ when I’m drinking it. Victory got it right. Know that.

12oz bottle. I think this is my favorite American Pils. Transparent deep yellow color with an almost green tint to it. Deliciously crisp and surprisingly hoppy for a Pilsener. Creamy yeast still manages to shine through and compliment the initial bitterness. Excellent as a slow sipper or a session ale. Classic.
